Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please use our return portal. Through the return portal, you can easily register your return. After submitting the required information, you will receive a return shipping label and further instructions on how to return your order.
Please note that the cost of the return shipping label and return shipment is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Plan Su.
Items returned without a registered return request through our return portal will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we only accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Returns will not be accepted if items:

Contain makeup, deodorant, or other stains

Show signs of wear or use

Have been washed or damaged

Carry strong odours such as perfume or smoke

Are returned without their original tags or packaging
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have and place a new order separately once your return has been accepted.
14-Day European Union Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
